Karolinska förbundet, which was formed in 1910, works for research and dissemination of knowledge about this vital and multifaceted era, which has been valued very differently by posterity.
Both through the interest and the knowledge that the members represent - currently close to 1,000 - and non-profit support for various research projects, the association makes its contribution to a broad and comprehensive coverage of the Carolingian period.
